Box Office Hours
The box office will reopen for regular hours in Early 2012, but will open from 10am-2pm for any on sales.
Temporary parking for will call is available on a first come, first serve basis at the Main (East) box office which is located at 2200 Encore Parkway Alpharetta, GA 30009. Hours vary by show.
PLEASE BRING A PICTURE ID, THE ACTUAL CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE THE TICKETS AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER.

From the North
- Take GA-400 South to Exit 9 (Haynes Bridge Rd.)
- Turn left onto Haynes Bridge Rd.
- Turn left onto Morrison Pkwy. (Note: Road will turn into Westside Pkwy.)
- Turn right onto Maxwell Rd.
• Turn immediate left onto Encore Pkwy. - Turn immediate right into venue entrance and park in short-term parking area just outside the box office
From the South
- Take GA-400 North to Exit 8 (Mansell Rd.)
- Turn right onto Mansell Rd.
- Turn immediate left onto North Point Pkwy.
- Turn left onto Encore Pkwy.
- Continue 0.9 miles and turn left into venue entrance and park in short-term parking area just outside the box office

Lost Tickets
Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre at Encore Park is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please contact the original point of purchase for details. If you purchased your tickets from Ticketmaster, you may call 1-800-745-3000.
Refunds/Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase.
Resale/Scalping
An event ticket will not be recognized, honored or received for admission if purchased from a source other than the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre at Encore Park Box Office, the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office, Ticketmaster or its authorized outlets. There will be no refunds and no exchanges. Tickets obtained from sources other than any Ticketmaster outlet may be lost, stolen or counterfeit tickets and in such cases will not be honored. To be safe please only order your tickets from the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre at Encore Park Box Office, the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office, Ticketmaster or its authorized outlets. Re-selling of tickets by private parties is prohibited on the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre property and is subject to confiscation and arrest.

We encourage all guests to purchase tickets through Ticketmaster and their authorized retailers or directly from our venue box office to avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or invalid tickets.
