Accessible Parking is located in Lot C and the VIP Lot (accessed through Lot A). You do not need a parking pass as long as you have a state issued handicap license tag or an ADA hang tag placard visible to the police and the parking attendants.

Animals are not allowed in the park with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities.
ATMs are located inside the East Gate by the Main Box Office window, on the west side of the venue near the Verizon Wireless Experience booth and in the VIP Club.
Box Office – Our main on-site Box Office is located at 2200 Encore Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30009. The direct number is (404) 733-5013. The Box Office is open during the season – Monday-Friday, noon-6pm; Saturday, 10am-2pm and closed Sundays. On event days, the Box Office will remain open until 30 minutes after the headliner takes the stage. On a Sunday event day, the box office will open at noon. The west side Box Office (located at the Parking Lot A gate) will open at the same time the parking lots open for that event and will remain open until 30 minutes after the headliner starts. Cadillac Club – Our VIP Club is available to our Season Ticket and Box Seat patrons and offers them a place to relax before and during an event. It features two outside patio areas, inside seating, bar service, special menu items and restrooms. For more information, please click here.
Cameras are allowed subject to show. Please check the show-specific voice recording by calling (404) 733-5010. If cameras are allowed by the artist, you may bring in a non-professional (point-and-shoot) style camera with no removable lenses.
Canceled or Postponed Events – In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre website and event line. Please be aware that there is no way to contact individual ticket holders other than the local media. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase only. Customers that purchased their tickets through Ticketmaster online or over the phone should be refunded automatically within a week of canceling the event. Customers that purchased their tickets through a Ticketmaster outlet must return to the outlet where they originally purchased their tickets for a refund. Customers who purchased their tickets through the Box Office must return to the Box Office with their tickets and the original method of payment to receive a refund. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored on the new event date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase up until the new event date has passed.
Children under 5 are allowed in with a paid adult ticket and can sit on a lap in the reserved seats or on the Lawn. Only one child under 5 per paid adult.
Coolers & Picnic Baskets are not allowed in the venue.

ID REQUIRED for all patrons who wish to purchase alcoholic beverages – This is a City of Alpharetta law.
Items PROHIBITED to be brought into the venue – Aerosol cans, alcoholic beverages, cameras with removable lenses, coolers, picnic baskets, fireworks, illegal drugs, laser pens and pointers, noisemaking devices, outside food and beverage (except one non-alcoholic beverage in a plastic factory-sealed container), video or recording devices, weapons and any other items deemed inappropriate or dangerous by the venue management. Please check the website on the day of show for other restrictions.
Lawn Chairs & Blankets are permitted for lawn ticket holders. They cannot be chaise-style but should be beach-style chairs at no more than 9" off the ground with no high backs. Lawn Chairs Rentals are available for $5 each (cash only). These are available at the top of the Lawn.

Lawn Tickets are general admission for the Lawn area. The Lawn area is open air and not covered.
Limousines should drop off their guests at the East/Main Gate entrance off of Encore Parkway and may return approximately 30 minutes before the end of the show to the same location for pick up.
Lost and Found – All lost and found inquiries should be directed to Guest Services. Generally items found during an event will be turned into either the east or west Guest Services Booth. After an event, guests may call (404) 733-5010 to inquire about lost items. After 30 days, all unclaimed lost and found items will be given to charity.
Lost Children – Please seek the assistance of venue personnel if your child is lost during an event. If you encounter a lost child, please take the child to Guest Services.
Lost Tickets – Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre at Encore Park is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please contact the original point of purchase for details. If you purchased your tickets from Ticketmaster you may call 1-800-745-3000.
Media – Media access to the park is accessible through the East Gate. All media personnel should arrange ahead of time through our Marketing department for access and should have appropriate credentials. For more information, please click here.
Motorcycles may park at their own risk in the lots. There is not a specific parking area for motorcycles.
Overnight Parking is not recommended. Vehicles parked overnight are left at owner's risk and may be subject to towing. Please call our main office at (404) 733-5010 for more information.

Pick Up & Drop Off Area is located at the East/Main Gate entrance off of Encore Parkway.
Picnic Baskets can be ordered from our concessionaire through our website to be picked up before the show inside the venue. These need to be ordered at least 3 business days before a show. For more information, please click here.
Public Transportation does not service the venue.
Re-Entry Policy – For the safety of our patrons, there is a "No Re-entry Policy" during events. Guests who have a personal emergency and need to leave and re-enter the park, should contact a Guest Services Representative for assistance.
Refunds/Exchanges – There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase.
Resale/Scalping – An event ticket will not be recognized, honored, or received for admission if purchased from a source other than the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre at Encore Park Box Office, the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office, Ticketmaster, or its authorized outlets. There will be no refunds and no exchanges. Tickets obtained from sources other than any Ticketmaster outlet may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets and in such cases will not be honored. To be safe please only order your tickets from Ticketmaster, the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office or the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre Box Office. Re-selling of tickets by private parties is prohibited on the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre property and is subject to confiscation and arrest.

Seating Capacity – The venue capacity is 12,000 with 7,000 seats under the roof and a lawn area that can accommodate 5,000 guests.

Shuttle Parking Lot (Lot N) is off-site parking that is utilized for select shows. If you have a Lot N parking pass, you will be transported to the East/Main Gate entrance of the venue and returned to the parking lot after the show. Shuttle service will be available throughout the evening for any patron who needs to leave the event early and return to their car. Shuttles will run until all patrons are accomodated. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas in each plaza area and the back of the lawn on the gravel walkway. Smoking is not allowed in the seating areas or on the lawn.
Strollers may need to be checked and held at a Guest Services Booth during an event unless they can be stored under a seat or in a location that does not block the aisles, stairs or other common areas.
Symphony Show Attire – Casual and comfortable for the weather.
Tailgating is NOT allowed in Lots B or N (Shuttle Lot).
Taxi Service is usually available outside the East Gate (parked to the left of the gate as you exit) or visit Guest Services.
Ticketing – We encourage all guests to purchase tickets through Ticketmaster and their authorized retailers or directly from our venue to avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or invalid tickets.
Umbrellas – Small personal-size umbrellas with no pointed tips are allowed in the venue. No beach-style (stick-in-the-ground) umbrellas or golf umbrellas may be brought into the venue.

Wheelchairs are available for escort purposes only through our Guest Services Booths located on both sides of the venue.
Will Call – Ticketmaster Will Call tickets will be available after 3:00PM on day of show, generally at the Main Box Office. Please bring a picture ID, the actual credit card used to order the tickets and your order number.
The venue closes immediately after an event concludes and guests must exit to the parking lot at that time.
